The number in the folder name is Steam identifier of the item on Workshop (it can be seen in the item URL when you browser on Steam Workshop) and it doesn't change, so you can copy files from there. It's not possible no move them anywhere else as Steam Client would download them again to the same place. Steam Client downloads the mods for Launcher and stores the mods in the location you mentioned above. They never did download to the Arma 3 directory, they were just copied there by Arma.īe careful of how you go about "fixing" this, you may break things if you're not careful.
